Below is what is currently planned for your team, but remember that
God's plans for your trip always trump our plans.
Glenn & Lynne are an amazing couple who have a heart for the people (especially
the youth) of Nicaragua. They are missionaries who support themselves through owning a hotel in Jinotepe that is typically used to
house visiting missions teams.
They have created a whole minstry compund in the neighboring slum
community that focuses on the families who call the local dump home. The compound now houses a pastor and
youth leader. It leads a growing
preschool program, feeding program, and continous outreach efforts. The community in the dumps is a primary
focus. Past World Race teams actually
helped start their feeding program.
Lynne and Glenn are very used to hosting teams and are once again
eager to host. You will be focused on primarily youth programs (ages 15+)
to share the gospel and build relationships.
