My name is Blair Nightingale. I orginally did the 9 month FYM program with AIM in fall 08 to spring 09 in South Africa and Swaziland.
Since then I have come back to lead with the Novas project in mexico/swaziland and south africa as well as theselast three months in Kenya with an amazing team of students.

   I NEVER thought I would be in discipleship or missions but always believed and dreamed I would be a musician. I went to college in Canada at 21 as a music major years and left two years into as the band i was in began to gain success with record sales, tv and many live shows.
As a weak Christian totally idolizing the world of music and "rock starism" i was led to leave it all behind at its peak and pursue God with my whole self.
This led to a great burden to see the Kingdom and follow the call, though I knew not what that even meant at the time. So off I went and I literally have not stayed home since.
 
   All that to say....
I am excited to meet everyone because this is an incredible ministry and oppurtunity for the coming together of people who are laying it down by grace and going for it together. AND the transformations that we see occur in discipleship are really miraculous and I LOVE THEM....isnt it cool when it happens to you too?
